Neil Young Persoon van het Jaar

Neil YoungHet jaar begint goed voor Neil Young. De Canadees krijgt op 29 januar zijn eigen tribute concert voorgeschoteld in Los Angeles. Hij wordt daar door MusicCare geëerd als 2010’s Person of the Year vanwege zijn liefdadigheidswerk. Onder meer Jamer Taylor, de Red Hot Chili Peppers, Crosby, Stills & Nash en John Cougar Mellencamp zullen hierbij optreden.

In februari wordt dit gevolgd door een tribute concert in Canada, waarbij onder meer Lou Reed van de partij zal zijn.
